1. About Us

Nails by Olivia is an online education business operated by Olivia Tripodi, based in Australia. We provide an online nail education course covering BIAB and Gel X techniques ("the Course"). Any reference to "we," "us," or "Nails by Olivia" in these terms refers to this business and its operator.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing the Course, you ("the student") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not purchase or access the Course. These terms apply to all students regardless of location.

3. Course Access

Your purchase grants you personal access to the Course for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase.

Access is granted to one individual only. Your login credentials are personal and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person.

You must not allow others to access the Course through your account, whether for free or for payment.

At the end of the 36 month access period, access to the Course and all its content will expire. We are not obligated to provide continued access beyond this period, however we may offer renewal options at our discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke your access to the Course without refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have breached any of these terms.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content within the Course is the original work of Nails by Olivia and is protected under Australian copyright law. This includes but is not limited to written content, video tutorials, images, graphics, course structure, lesson plans, and any other materials provided as part of the Course.

All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Nails by Olivia.

As a student, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Course content for your own personal educational purposes only.

You must not, without our prior written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any course material in any form
• Screenshot, screen record, or capture any video or written content
• Share, distribute, upload, or publish any course material on any platform
• Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit any part of the Course
• Use any course content to create your own competing course or educational product

Any breach of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate access revocation, legal action, or both.

5. Payment

The Course is priced at $1,000.00 AUD. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our secure payment provider.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

If a payment fails or is disputed, access to the Course will be suspended until the matter is resolved. We reserve the right to permanently revoke access in the event of a fraudulent payment or chargeback.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers under any circumstances once a purchase has been made.

Nails by Olivia is not liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, skin condition, nail damage, or any other harm caused to you or any third party as a result of applying techniques, using products, or following advice provided in this Course.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you are physically capable of performing nail services
• Checking that any client or individual you work on does not have contraindications, allergies, infections, or conditions that make nail services unsuitable for them
• Using all tools, products, and equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions
• Maintaining appropriate hygiene and sanitation standards at all times

If you or a client experience any adverse reaction or injury, you should seek appropriate medical attention immediately.

These figures represent potential earnings based on general industry examples and are in no way a guarantee of the income you will earn.

Your results will depend entirely on your own effort, skill development, location, pricing, client base, and a range of other individual factors outside our control.

Nails by Olivia makes no guarantee, warranty, or representation that you will achieve any particular level of income, build a successful business, or secure any number of clients as a result of completing this Course.
