The Importance of your Nail Space
A well organised nail desk is key to working efficiently and professionally. Your workspace should be both practical and aesthetically pleasing, a setup that’s cute and stylish makes the environment enjoyable while keeping all your tools within easy reach for a smooth workflow.
Disclaimer: Your nail desk setup is completely personal, there’s no right or wrong way to arrange your space. The following is simply how I’ve organised my desk for both practicality and style.
My Nail Desk (Cute and Affordable!)
My desk is made up of different furniture pieces from IKEA, providing plenty of storage and surface space to work comfortably with clients.
Alex Drawer Unit x2
These draws provide a great amount of storage, i have one on each side of my set up.
LACK Wall Shelf (30x60)
I attach these shelves on top of the Alex drawer units and then place the tabletop over them, which adds extra height while giving the desk a sleek, floating look.
LAGKAPTEN Table Top in White (140x60)
This tabletop is super affordable and offers plenty of surface space, making it easy to display all your nail tools within reach. I put this on top of the two wall shelves.
Arm Rest, Nail Desk Light & My Chair (Supports your Client and You!)
U Shaped Nail Arm Rest
The U shaped nail arm rest is comfortable for clients, providing proper support during services while keeping their hands in the ideal position for precise and effortless nail work.
Nail Desk Light (Game Changer!)
I use this light to capture great photos of my work, while also providing enough brightness to see clearly and avoid straining my eyes.
Ergonomic Chair
I encourage you to find a chair that works best for you, one that’s comfortable and provides proper back support, so you can maintain good posture and work efficiently during long nail sessions.
