A mini UV lamp is an essential tool, particularly for Gel X application. I use it to secure tips in place and to give thumbs extra curing time before placing them into the full size lamp. Because thumbs naturally sit on an angle, this helps ensure the entire nail is properly cured. Its compact, portable design makes it easy to use during application, which is why it’s my preferred lamp for Gel X work.
